Wedding Feature : Embracing the Perthshire rain
Rainy wedding days don’t have to be a downer and this one at the amazing Murthly Estate in Perthshire proves it. You never know what you’ll get with the weather at a Scottish summer wedding but the best advice I can give is to embrace it just like this pair of legends did.
Wedding Feature: Colstoun Winter Wedding
A mild February Sunday with special significance to the bride’s family as they’d be the third generation to marry on this date. Alice and Gareth tied the knot at Coulston House making a venue out of a polytunnel and doing it with aplomb!
Capture them before they sneeze
As a solo parent always behind the camera, I often mean to book a family shoot for my wee guy and I but typically haven’t got round to doing yet. I think family shoots still have a bit of a bad rep and I hate having my photo taken but having spent 90 minutes just hanging out with these guys as they did some of their favourite things it really made me wish I’d get it sorted for myself too.

2019 Thank Yous
One of the most amazing parts of doing this for a living is that you slowly train yourself to become emotionally immersed and fully present in the day and it’s an incredibly personal day to share so thank you to all the couples who have trusted me to do so.
